this is the begining of the wildest ride of your life.. first few steps are the hardest... its all down from here just sip sip sip n walk walk walk till u think u cant anymore the take a few more sips an a few more steps.. you will amaze yourself with the strength an willpower you didn't even relise you had in you.. best wishes for speedy recovery and see u on the losers bench ;)
