Its supposed to be 50 today for a couple of days then get cold again.

Im back from my brother's house. I was there for 4 days. I didnt make the wisest choices and had alcoholic drinks every night.  I found the Halloween candy and couldnt stay out of it after that.

Well I didn't binge eat yesterday.  Also didnt eat my snack.  A win for me. 

I woke up at 430 this morning but i went back to sleep at 630. Now im feel tired but its kind of gloomy out.
