Hello, OH family!! Well, I hadn't posted in a while because I was kind down. I hadn't seen any movement on the scale in what felt like a LONG time. Then from yesterday to this morning, I see a 2 pound drop!! Is this possible, I think to myself?! It has to be! I mean, I weigh myself at the same time- in the morning under the same circumstances...in my birthday suit! LOL! I feel like my body has a mind of it's own...I guess what people say is true; the body finds a way in it's own due time. So, all I can say is that things are looking up after this last stall.
