Tummy Tuck

Hello,Long time no talk. Had my tummy tuck by Dr. Gary Burton, MD out of Bowie, MD. Still very swollen. By the time the swelling subsides, I should be in a size 4-6. It is going to be a hard Thanksgiving and possibly Christmas. But guess what, it is well worth it. I am considering going back to therapy. The weight loss change has been a trip for me. The sugar cravings, eating six times a day, trying to stay under 1500 calories, and incorporate exercize in to my routine has been difficult.
