Question:
Do you eliminate all starches and most dairy to break a plateau?

I am plateauing very early and wondering if my diet is contributing. I am still on liquids, so I'm eating the mashed potatoes and grits (cream of wheat). I wonder if, when I have a choice, I should eliminate all starches and maybe even dairy. What do you guys think??? I am 4 weeks out and plateaued at the end of week 2 at 23 pounds, but it seems that I am still losing inches. Please don't yell at me about weighing myself! :) LOL    — Sandra W. Not a drop of milk has touched these lips for almost 7 yrs, but I do eat cheese, which contains no milk sugars. I've never limited starches, but find them very filling. I was getting the minimum protein supps in, but found that if I increased by one 30g serving and added just ONE glass of water, I could get me going again. But I make my protein with water, not milk or real juice and avoid sugar utterly.
