iwould say both, but if i had to choose-surgical competence.
Dr. Cooper has no personality at all. He has been doing this for 20 years so I feel pretty confident though. He is kind of hard to talk to and doesnt joke at all. He answers all of your questions and thats about it!! NO PERSONALITY...
I was told(by more than one person)that Dr. Cooper had a dry personality, while I did find him very business like, I think he is quite likeable and has a pleasant personality. He was very responsive to my questions regarding his qualifications and experience and very friendly. Dr. Cooper did discuss the risks involved with surgery. I trust him.
Diane (office) person was extremely helpful and tolerant of my questions and bad cell phone conections. My only office visit to date was a good one and am looking forward to my operation.
