I went with my mother and husband for my first office visit and was very comfortable and confident when I left the office. Dr. Marshall took the time to explain not only the surgery I was having but also why he felt it was a good choice for me. My mother, who was a bit leary, left the office with a positive, supportive attitude, as did my husband. He took the time to answer any questions the three of us had, gave me his pager number (I've never had a doctor do that). The staff was friendly and well informed and I am looking forward to seeing him in the operating room!!! Between the classes that are offered at Henery Ford Bi County taught by Sally Green, to Dr. Kaye and Dr. Kinnear...everything has been wonderful.
My first impression of Dr. Pesta is that he looked young, cute and that he dressed very well. His office staff is very nice, caring, and helpful. Whenever I had a question the staff went above and beyond to find the answer for me. I honestly cannot say one bad thing about Dr. Pesta because he is extremely caring, compassionate, and knowledgable. I could not have asked for a better surgeon. Having Dr. Pesta as my surgeon is one of the best decisions I have ever made. He is wonderful! If you have any questions please email me [email protected]

From the first time I walked into his office until now,one year latter.rnWe could use an after surgery program.Besides the rnonce a month lap-band meetings. We need fresh Ideas to keep us going after the excitement and motivation goes away.
I absolutely love my surgeon. He is very attentive and takes the time to answer any questions you have. The staff in the office is also great. I will let everyone know how the rest of my experience with him and his staff is.
That he was to short to do the surgery and that he needed a step stool to stand on.rnrnOver the time that I knew him he was a very nice, understanding doctor that I would recommend.rnrnThe staff was very patient with me knowing that I lived out of state.rnrnThey were very strict as far as folloeing all guidelines in order to acheive my goals and maintain proper health.rnrnThey have a program to follow after surgery, But I moved 6 weeks after.rnrnThe overall performance rate was a 10+.
Dr. Pesta proved himself to be a professional with the skill of surgeon much past his years, and the bedside manner and caring that is truly unusal for a surgeon. I felt very comfortable with aspects of the surgery prior, and felt very welcome in asking any questions.
