I am excited for my insurance letter to be sent and approved!! I am anxious to start my new life with a tool that can help me KEEP my weight off.rnNurses and support staff are so friendly here!!

Dr. Graham has a very reserved personality, but his caring shines through.rnHis nurse, Sheryl is the most amazing woman. She has answers to questions I didn't even know to ask.rnDr. Graham was very frank about his skill and the complications of past clients. He did not try to cover up difficulties others had after surgery.rnI have had NO complications and have felt great since my surgery.

The staff was very caring and kind. The overall experience thus far was wonderful. His appointments are quick -he is busy. He is not a \"warm and fuzzy\" personality, but in the OR I want someone with SKILLS, and he definelty seems to have them. rnrnI really like the whole group overall thus far.rnrnThe process is running smoothly and the insurance gal, I believe her name is Jodi is fabulous.rnrnMy only issue was how long my appointment took. My time is valuable too. =-)

I was very comfortable with him at the time before surgery and after also.

My first impression of Dr. O'Brien was that he was willing to answer any questions I might have. This was an accurate impression and he continues to answer any questions I might have. In addition, he was an excellent surgeon. rnrnThe office staff is very friendly and knowledgeable both in person and over the phone.rnrnDr. O'Brien briefly went over aftercare, but his staff goes into detail, as I would expect with any busy physician. There is a structured after care program.rnrnHe went over all known risks of the surgery and was again available to answer any questions.rnrnI would give Dr. O'Brien 2 thumbs up!!rnrnHis surgical competence is excellent as is his bedside manner. He is not a big talker, but he does not make you feel rushed.

I felt very confortable with Dr O'Brien and his staff there very friendly and positive. Jodi the insurance person in the office was super getting the paper work into the ins. co and his nurse let me know as soon as it was approved I couldn't ask for a better office..

Dr. Glatt is a very wonderful Surgeon and has a great bed side manner. He was very reassuring about me and surgery, and after he boosted my ego. His office staff are very kind and are ready to answer any questions you or a family member may have. There is a aftercare program located at the facility but for me it is 3 hours away. Dr. Glatts staff were willing to inform me about any questions I had about the surgery and any risks involved. Dr. Glatt is a wonderful surgeon who is easy to talk to and knows what he is doing.

Very professional, straight to the point. That's OK for me because it makes me feel like he means business.rnProbably the best thing for him and the staff was the preparation they push you to do. It makes all the difference in the world post-surgery. Especially the mental preparation. I would not have liked it any other way.

I have had all good experiences with Dr. O'Brien. His staff does an excellent job in communicating and keeping you abreast of new changes and circumstances. Everyone that I have had to deal with has been very polite and helpful.rnDr. O'Brien does stress the importance of aftercare, his whole staff does. They want you to realize that this isn't a cure-all and that you have to put in your share of the work also. They have a support group that meets once a month to help you along, and while I haven't gone to a meeting yet, I plan on attending them after I have my surgery done.rnI would have to say his surgical competence is better than his bedside manner, but I have had doctors with worse bedside manner and I wouldn't say his is awful by any means. He is shorter in his bedside manner than some doctors, but if you have questions he answers them and doesn't make you feel inferior.rnI encourage anybody else thinking of this surgery to give Dr. O'Brien a visit, I don't think they will be disappointed. :)rnrnI was just banded this week and I have to say that Dr. O'Brien is a WONDERFUL surgeon. He keeps up on his patients so VERY well, and was at my bedside multiple times throughout the day. He really astounded me with how often he was checking on me. He is a great surgeon with excellent follow-up. I HIGHLY recommend!! :0)

My first impression of Dr.Graham is that he was great. Informative and professional. Any time I had to go into his office he greeted me and spent time with me answering any of my questions. Over time my impression of him has gotten better. He's incredible and the best. His office staff are wonderful. Sheryl especially. She worked hard to get me on the table when I wanted and did not seem frustrated with my zillion calls or questions. Future patients should expect a great experience from Dr. Graham and his staff. His emphasis on aftercare is phenomenal. He addressed all surgery risks and invited me to his support group. I rate him 10 out of 10 and his surgical competence and bedside manner are impeccable. With such a serious procedure I can't imagine having gone to anyone else.rn
