Dr. Stephen McNatt from Morgantown, WV will be the one performing the surgery on me. When I first met him I thought he was a good person. Very honest & informative. My mother in law went w/ me & he answered her questions for a good half hour or more, so he is very patient also. I have seen him 2 times so far and he is really nice. Don't have anything negative to say about him.
His office staff is great too. They will answer your questions & if they don't know, they will find out immediately for you. His RN that works w/ him is Jill Chico. She is very friendly. Makes you feel comfortable from the moment you met her.
He lets you know right up front all the risks & procedures that will be done. If you are married, he requires that your husband come w/ you on a visit. He lets you know that you will get very aquainted w/ the nutritionist b/c you will see her just as much as you'll see him almost.
So far I feel comfortable w/ him.
