The first impression of him was with the office staff. They were very helpful with insurance and telling me every step of the non-medical side this. I had called three other offices and this attention to detail made me make the appt. The Dr. was informatinal and kind. It's funny but I didn't feel fat in his office. At the beginning of my journey he wanted me to do more investigating and I have a full day of tests before we go to the insurance. I am now approved and my date is August 14th.
