Dr. Juarez was and is kind, caring and relates to his patients with empathy and understanding. His staff is very professional and warm! He runs his own orentation and is very informative and answers all your questions. I feel comfortable and safe with his knowledge and experience.

My first impression of my doctor was that he utilized excellent tools in educating his client. Well groomed, well organized; as well as held a very professional and such a pleasant demeanor. rnrnThe staff was pleasant and one of the staff members has had the RNY surgery performed by Dr. Juarez, almost I believe two years ago. rnrnBy attending the first mandatory meeting a 45 minute video was shown of the the various Gastric procedures. Dr. Juarez expressed the risk of each and emphasize the procedure he specialized.rnrnOne of the best doctors I have come across. During my hospital stay he came each morning to check on my progress. Once I was ready to be released from the hospital he expressed his expectations on vitamins, protein and a one week follow-up. Further, he advised to call with any concerns or problems. rnrnThis doctor is very competent, beside manners are awesome. Surgery went as expected. When the nurse phoned during my hospital stay he responded quickly. rnrn

Hello, My name is Jessica, I have the pleasure of being part of the family of California Bariatrics of Fresno. Dr Juarez is my surgeon and a close friend. I enjoy every day DrJuarez is in the office, he is always very polite and proffessional. Everyone in the staff is by nature the most helpful and kind to our patients, or at least we seem to think so because of the comments we get from our patients. Every patient that comes into our office or calls are greeted with the most undivided attention and given the care that they need for a successful and safe outcome. I had my Bariatric surgery on June of 2004. Lost 140 lbs since then and managed to keep it off not only to stay healthy but to set a good example for our patients. Although some patient become very close to us to where we recognize their voice on the phone to where others we ask for their names, all are just as dear and as important. Dr Juarez was very nice pleasent and informative. The office staff is always willing to listen no matter how silly the question might be or how busy they are.

Dr. Juarez was very informative from the minute I met him at my consult. Dr. Juarez and his office were wonderful through the whole process of getting insurance approval and everything. Dr. Juarez and his staff make sure that you have all the information you need for pre and post surgery. While I was in the hospital Dr. Juarez made sure that I was very comfortable and felt like a friend and not just the man who was getting ready to mess with my guts. Dr. Juarez has the best bed side manners and I would trust him over again if I had to. I have and will refer man more people to Dr. Juarez I trust him that much.

Doctor Juarez has been great though all of this I have had a lot of problems after and he has been there on the phone or in person always talking to me about my issues and listening to all that I have to say I am glad that my sister found him no matter how bad I am feeling he always seems to have the Right answer Thank you Doctor Juarez

Dr. Juarez has been a wonderful surgeon. He is very personable and easy to talk to. His entire office staff, is knowledgable and friendly. I must have called with a dozen questions prior to surgery and they always took the time to listen and answer my questions. Claudia the Bariatric Coordinator is very professional and knowledgable. She is great about returning phone calls and schedulling you for appointments as soon as possible.

My first impression was that he seemed very into his patients. the office staff are very helpful and alot of thanks to Jessica. Patients should know that even if Dr. Juarez looks like he is not concerned he actually is. He is really good about listening and understanding what you are going thru and will give you great advice. I give Dr. Juarez and his team a 10 and I have had no complaints or trouble with his office.

I visited Dr. Juarez for the first time in August of 2005. Before I get to Dr. Juarez I should tell you about the five star treatment I received by his office staff especially Claudia. They are so warm and professional at the same time. I never wait long for a call back and they do not seem like I am inconveniencing them with my questions or requests. When I met Dr. Juarez at my consultation seminar and one on one visit, he was so professional and to the point yet was able to have a personality to warm up the atmosphere. He and his staff are doing everything in their power to connect me to the right people and make sure I am cared for quickly, professionally and cost effectivly. I must mention the Doctors great knowlege of the whole procedure and his high success rate. Zero mortality and one leak. I was very impressed. These things are a must, the others are just bonuses.
