Gregory Walton Bariatric Surgeon M.D.

Dr. Walton makes you read some material and then go to a meeting about the surgery before you get to see him. I think this was helpful, I knew what I was getting into and I knew the questions I needed to ask. I was pleased when I had my first visit he took the time to inform me on the procedure and gave me all the time to ask questions that I needed. I was extremely impressed with his staff, they are all real nice and helped me feel good about being there.

Dr Walton is a wonderful, caring doctor. He really takes the time to listen to you and answer all of your questions. I am looking forward to having him perform my surgery. I think his staff is awesome. Robyn is the nicest person.

I had my initial appointment with Dr. Walton on January 6, 2003. He is the most caring doctor I have ever encountered. He really listens to you and makesyou feel at ease. He takes the time to answer all of your questions. He has the most wonderful staff. Robyn and Linda have been so patient and helpful (no matter how many times you call them with "dumb" questions).

Dr. Walton was incredibly understanding and patient. He listened and took his time with every question. He did not rush me or act like he was in a hurry. I really appreciated that.
His staff was absolutely outstanding! Robin which is his nurse was absolutely fantastic. She answered all my questions and contacted me to let me know how everything was going. She was so excited to call and tell me that I was approved!
I have not had surgery yet but I know that I picked the right surgeon. He is outstanding and I have only heard wonderful things about him.
Dr. Walton had excellant bedside manner and answered everything honestly and compassionately.
I never dreamed the day would get here that I actually had a surgery date. I am so excited. I have hope.
I am 5 days post op and I have to say that I absolutely have the best surgeon in the world. I am so grateful that he is my surgeon. I have been home 2 days and due to some minor complications my sister had to give him a call. He was so patient and kind and very understand. I would recommend him to anyone. His staff was absolutely outstanding also. His sugery assistant Freda came by to see me in the hospital on her day off just to check on me. I am very grateful for all of them.

Dr.Walton is a very busy butt always has tim for is patients.
I just think more and love him more everyday he has by God's grace saved my life

He is there to help you anyway he can. He is totaly devoted to everyone's after even asfar as having a support groupe or if we are comfortable in our special beds.

This is an excellent surgeon who is empathetic and so kind. He really wants to relieve suffering!

My first impression of Dr. Walton and his staff was that of a most positive nature!! I don't know when I have been in such an attentive Dr.'s office....the office staff was so very personable and caring, and very "on top" of everything that was going on in that office.....and as far as Dr. Walton himself, I was very, very impressed by him!!

His bed side manner was amazing, as was his positive attitude.....he took the time to explain "everything" to me that he felt like I needed to be aware of, and then he took the time to answer any and all questions that I had....key words here, "he took the time"!!!

He was very open and up front with me about both the pros and the cons of this type of surgery, and explained everything I would go through physically as well as emotionally, both before and after this proceedure.....

I would and "will" recommend this Dr. and his staff to all of my friends who are opting for this surgery.....

I rate Dr. Walton and his staff at the very "top" of what a Dr's office should be!!
