What a great surgeon! I can't believe how lucky I am to not only be approved to have the gastric bypass, but to have him be the one doing it. Anybody considering this surgery with him should feel pretty confident that he knows what he's doing.

Dr. St. Laurent was great I cannot say enough good about him. He was very involved with you the patient he answers any questions. He is great in his after care. I would highly recommend him. The office staff, Msgt Demers and Peterson are great and make you feel welcome. I would trust Dr. St. Laurent with anyone in my family.

Every step of the way, Dr. St. Laurent has been available to answer questions, explain procedures, and just discuss the surgery in general. I have had a wonderful experience with him so far.

Overall, I was very pleased with Dr. St. Laurent while I was hospitalized, except that I am being treated for clinical depression. He either doesn't understand the importance of the medications I am on, or doesn't realize that it takes 6 weeks for these medications to reach the proper levels in the blood. I think I was off my medications too long in the hospital, forcing me into a depressive episode. Dr. St. Laurent is unusual in that he actually LISTENS to his paitients and accomodates their needs. He has a miraculous ability to put his patients at ease, and because we are in a relatively small community, we are blessed that we stay people, rather than numbers with him. I have seen him several times since my surgery for totally unrelated matters when I thought no one else was listening to me, and he listened and again took EXCELLENT care of me. I would trust Dr. St. Laurent with ANYONE in my family.

I met Dr. St Laurent thru a cpouple of my friends that recently had the wls. He was very professional with them. At first I was apprehensive as to if he would consider me for the surgery. Once I had my referral, I was assured that he would not deny me that my weight coupled with my diagnossis of sleep apnea qualified me. He has been very informative and answered all of my questions. Despite how small they may seemed to him,I feel he is a very caring Dr.that is going to do what he feels is best for the patient's health. He is a very supportive surgeon and makes you feel relaxed. He really listens to the patient. He hands out a pamphlet to all his patients to look over and if there are any questions or concerns, you can call him or his assistant. Msgt Demers is very professional as well. He will talk to you indepth concerning every aspect of your journey with wls. I would absolutely have no problem with him doing surgery on my child if ever need.
