Michael Romberg Bariatric Surgeon M.D.

Dr.Romberg is very nice and knows what he is doing.I felt very comfortable with him.I also liked that he was trained under Dr.Wood.
He explains every thing well and has no problem going over things you don't understand.I liked that he used drawings to explain the surgery.I feel confident having him as my surgeon.
The staff is friendly and always helpful.I would
rate him a 9 since I haven't had surgery yet.
At this point I would recommend him highly.

Well my hubby and i both met him and were quite impressed by him. he is very caring and upfront with no frills. answered all our questions very thoroughly.i feel very safe in his hads.my surgery will open rny.

I have not met Dr. Romberg yet, however I have met his associate and nurse. I love his nurse because she wore no perfume (it sends me into an asthma attack)and she is 24 months out-laproscopic. I got a chance to see her before photo and she looks great. And while I had the opportunity I grabbed a little insight from her experience as a WLS patient.

I was very impressed with Dr. Schuhknecht persona, he explained the various types of surgeries, their complication, advantages and disadvantages. He drew diagrams and he answered questions and elaborated further. I felt very comfortable with his frankness and years of experience. Great bedside manner, I sincerely feel that GOD using him as an anchor I can't go wrong regardless to which method I choose.

Ms. Theresa, his coordinator is awesome. She has helped me tremendously over the last two days. We faxed back and forward. I am certain that we talked at least 8-14 times the first day.

The CORI facility looks to be pretty new but the experience of the professionals is old. Lot of emphasis is put on aftercare and follow up support.
