Phillip Huber Bariatric Surgeon M.D.

My first impression of him was that he really wanted to help me.My impressions of him just got better.His office staff was very helpful. They really were the one's that did all the work to get it approved. The only thing I didn't like was that he was kind of hard to reach. But nothing else. People should know he is a excellent surgeon.He does not emphasize after care that much. The only after care he gave was a request for my insurance company to pay for rehab.Plus he has a support group at the hospital once a month. He addressed the risk of surgery very heavily ,that was one of the first things he talked to me about. I rate him on a scale of 1-10 a 9. Both surgical competence and bedside manner are excellent. Dr. Huber is one of the greats of obesity surgery.

This doctor is very professional and I felt very comfortable in his office.
I was also able to meet 1 of his patients that recently
had the Biariatric Surgery. She gave only good
comments on his bed side manner and professionalism.

My only problem was his office secretary, I know they are busy but she does not
seem to want to assist me in any way to get
the approval. This has ben very frustrating.
