Samuel Bundz Bariatric Surgeon M.D., F.A.C.S.

So I had an appointment scheduled here yesterday Sandy claimed they didn;t take my low rent low class Florida Blue insurance and lied and Said LRMC didn't either. Called LRMC they take my insurance Sandy just didn't want to schedule my appointment. Most horrible experience with a doctor to date. Courtney and Carol at LRMC 323-5090 both claimed Sandy lied. I will NEVER refer anybody to your office due to SANDY. I also got a call from Dr. Courtney's office where sandy didn't have the balls to call me to cancel my appointment she had my OBGYN's office do it for her. After I told the Secretary there what happened they too said they will not refer to you either. I will make sure all of my other doctors know of my horrific experience and not refer to you. I have already Filed a complaint with Blue Cross and Blue Shield and tomorrow I will file a complaint with the DBPR, BBB, the FTC and the Medical Board and anybody else I need to. The treatment I endured yesterday was vindictive and hurtful. Just because I don't have a full time job and cannot afford better insurance does not make me low class and low rent!

What can I say about Dr Bundz??? Hmmm??? That he is the best surgeon here in Lake County....yes! That he has a wonderful bedside manner.....yes! That he is concerned for your well being.....yes! I cannot say enough. I felt as though I was treated as if I was his one and only patient. His staff is wonderful, especially Pam!!!! His wife is his nutritionist and was out on maternity leave, but I did have a phone conversation with her and she was very sweet and kind and was willing to answer all my questions. Dr Bundz made me feel very confident and less nervous. I felt at ease about my decision after my first consultation with him. I rate him and 10+!!!

Dr. Bundz is a awesome surgeon, He has been trying to save my life for 3yrs now by talking to me about the RNY bypass. When I finally decided to have the surgery I was treated with the utmost respect from everybody at his office. there is nothing that I would change about him, he places the patients well being above all. he has a great staff that treat you with respect and sponsers a great support group for pre and post patients on a score of 1-10 he rates a 10. He was born to do what he does God has gifted him with these skills.

He is excellent courtious family man with great bedside manners you wouldn'd hesitate to ask him anything not problem putting my life in his hands. His office staff is right on the ballyou don't wait to long for a return call. I couldn't have had a better surgeon. Stop a B stick with Bunds. you explain how it's been and he responds with the do's and don't if you get off track or easily confused hi nurse tony will pick you up. They also has support groups every month. He went over the risks several times even with my husband. I give him a 101%

My first visit with Dr. Bundz and his staff in 2003 was very positive! I found they were very thorough, informative and answered every question I had. They have an excellent program to introduce you the world of WLS. I was most impressed in that they take a personal interest in each patient and are very caring and supportive!

Sixteen months later I still feel the same. Pam has been terrific in helping me get all my paperwork together for my appeal letter and went out of her way today to get my surgery scheduled ASAP now that I am approved!

I am very comfortable with Dr. Bundz and am not worried at all about the surgical procedure. I feel VERY fortunate to have his as my surgeon! I am sure I will have nothing but positive comments to add here after the surgery has been performed. Stay tuned!

I loved Dr Bundz. He was an awesome doctor.

I have met Dr Bundz once. He seemed very nice, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He and his staff gave me all of the ins and outs, risks, etc. His staff is great. Pam is the lady who takes care of all the insurance issues and such and is a joy to work with. His nurse was very informative and was sweet as could be.

I meet Dr Bundz and I really like him from the begining. He was not in a hurry and he answer all my questions.

His office staff are awesome. I must have called Pam a million times. They have patience and understanding and They are always cheerful and helpful. I was 100% satisfied with the whole office. I would not been able to get this surgery if it had not been for the help that this office gave.

I have not had the surgery yet, it is schedule for Oct 26,2004. But I am very satisfied as so far.

Just wish the insurance company was a great.

Dr. Bundz has been great, and his staff is wonderful. I feel like I was very well taken care of. I would and have already recommended him to others interested in the surgery.

Dr. Bundz is awesome. I have met him only once and my DH was with me for support. We both were very impressed. He went over everything with both of us and answered all questions (we both had many). He took his time and spent about an hour with us. We never had that rushed feeling you normally get in a doctor's office. He was very thorough and I got the overall feeling that he is very dedicated to helping the obese and that he truly cares. I am looking forward to having him perform my surgery. I would have to say at this time i cannot think of anything i like least about Dr. Bundz. He does have a structured aftercare program and im confidant that I will receive all the support I may need post op from Dr Bundz himself and his entire office staff. The staff was wonderful. Did everything just as they said they would.
