William Steely Bariatric Surgeon MD, FACS

He is very profetional and respectfull. He takes understand that I have lots of questions and he answered. Judy is one of the Nurses who works with him she is always with a smile for us, every time she's open that door she have a word of encouragement. I love them!!

Dr. Steely is such a caring man and one of the best surgeons I've ever dealt with. His staff is so patient and caring. I developed tachycardia after surgery and he made it his #1 priority to get me taken care of by a cardiologist before their office closed for Christmas break. He is super polite and has excellent bedside manner. He emphasizes that the RNY is just a tool and it is up to me to determine how I use this tool. If anyone is thinking about having RNY, then I would definitely recommend Dr. Steely.

Regardless of all my inital complications he has my well being at top intrest. He is sort of quiet, but when he speaks he speaks clear, with out all the medical terminology involved so i can understand what is going on with my care.

My first impression of him was he is very professional, and he seemed like a very good surgeron and doctor. Plus I have heard very good things about him which made me choose him. My impressions about him really didnt change except he is the kind of doctor who does not want to be woke up in the middle of the night lol. Which most people don't but he doesn't like it at all. His staff at the office are very nice and they don't rush you or make it seem like you are bothering them and they actually seem to take the time to listen to you. What paitents should know about him is that he is a very good doctor he knows what he is doing and does it very well.

I am so grateful for my surgeon. He is so nice and kind. I have OCD, so I had HUGE list of questions at my first appointment. He did the exam, then pulled his stool up and we chatted for a while about EVERY question...It was AWESOME! I knew then that I found the perfect surgeon! Thank God!

As doctors go I like Dr. Steely. He has a sense of humor, but is straight to the point. The office staff has been great to me, especially Melissa. I know I bugged her alot waiting on Aetna but she never put me off or acted like I was bothering her she's been great!

The staff was rude, but I liked Dr. Steely and wanted him as my surgeon. He is the best.

Dr. Steely is totally AWESOME!!! He is a good Christian man and I trusted him with my life during my lap RNY. He is a very caring, easy to talk to, personable and willing to go the extra mile to help person. On a scale of 1 to 10 ~ Dr. Steely and his staff I will give them a 10+. They always treated me like a family member with open arms everytime I called with a question or went to see them when I was sick. For my first 2 1/2 months post-op I was extremely sick and Dr. Steely was very knowledgeable on how to make me feel better!rnrnIf you are looking for the 'right doctor' ...
