I recommend them to everyone. They were worth the 7 hours I drove to get surgery done. All the preOp & postop had been telehealth except for 1 day before surgery.

Dr Heath Smith has an amazing bedside manner and helped me make this life altering decision much easier. I put off having this surgery for years because of a prior botched surgery. Dr. Smith gave me the information and encouragement to make an informed decision. I’m 100# lighter but still working on more. I liked him so much that my adult daughter had the same surgery a month later. His entire staff are friendly, knowledgeable and encouraging!

They really strive to help you keep on track with your weight loss goals. I have enjoyed my experience with Dr. Smith and his team from the very beginning. Starting this process at almost 300 pounds was hard not because of what you have to due prior to your surgery date, but because I was experiencing severe knee pain every minute of every day. I lost a few pounds on my own, I actually weighed in at 292, but when it came time for the liquid week and clear liquid day prior to my surgery date I lost 15 pounds just in that week and a day. Since my surgery date I am down to 262 pounds. I plan on continuing to lose all the weigh I need to so that my knees will finally be happy again!!! LOL... My Bariatric Solutions and Dr. Heath Smith are wonderful and I'm glad I did this for myself.

Dr Smith was very nice and explained everything to me at my appointment. The morning of my surgery he came to check on me I was super nervous since I have never had surgery before but he assured me everything was gonna be ok. Awesome bedside manner and just overall a great surgeon. I followed everything he told me to do after surgery and had no complications.
