She didnt rush the appointment. Which most people due. And I think that made such a GREAT impact.

Diana made me feel really comfort. She was very professional but at the same time very personable. She was able to answer the questions I had for her and provided useful information.

I found Diana to be very supportive and easy to talk to. I thought she could go more in depth into the nutritional needs as a post-op but perhaps that is reserved for the pre-op training meeting and materials. Overall very nice and put me at ease.

Diana was great. She answered all of my questions as well as the questions my spouse and child had. She seems very knowledgeable in this field and knows a great deal about the procedure. I would recommend her to anyone.

Above all, Diana listens to what you have to say. She must see hundreds of people a week, but you know that every time you are with her that she is there for you and only you.
She has been dealing with obese patients for many years and is very understanding to the special needs of the severly overweight. For the start, I've felt very comfortable in talkingwith her. I'm blessed to have her as part of my weight loss team!

Willing to take phone calls after surgery to discuss concerns I may have. She is quite a distance from me.
