Tracey is one the most upbeat people I've ever met. She's fabulous and very knowledgable.

Very friendly and personable. My only recommendation would be that there would be a long term(life time) dietary plan to follow.

I met Tracy along with about 10 others who were scheduled to have GBP surgery. Some of them brought friends or family members, as well. It seemed like too many people to me. It cost me $65 to attend this meeting which was to last about an hour. I would have liked to have met with fewer people. Though, I realize they are trying to streamline the process so people won't have to wait so long to get their procedures scheduled.

Tracy helped clarify what life after surgery is going to be like, and answered all the questions asked of her. With so many people present, though, I was hesitant to ask questions fearing they might sound stupid. I also didn't want to waste time. The meeting didn't start until 8:00 PM and everyone seemed kind of tired.
