Abington & the entire staff were superb!! The ORs and the rest of the facilities are state of the art. The staff at the hospital is amazing. They are some of the nicest nurses I have met. The standard of care and the respect shown towards the patients and their families is unmatched by any other hospital in the area.

I loved my experience at Abington Memorial, everyone from admissions to discharge was wonderful! I had one day nurse who was very polite but very forgetful, however whatever she forgot her aide was right on it. I would recommend everyone!

The nursing staff in the bariatric unit was wonderfully attentive especially during the first night when I was so uncomfortable. A++ to the nighttime staff.

I would definitely recommend this hospital to anyone. I felt so cared for and no one, not one person made me feel embarassed, ashamed or insecure. They were all very wonderful to me. If I could hug all the nurses and staff that tended to me I would have. i did hug one, she was just a little peach smelle so good. Sad I forgot her name already but I do remember her face and her smell. (Bath & Body Works. Japenese cherry blossom. I wont forget her or her bubbly personality! I wish all hospitals were like this one. I was very happy with them and hope you have the same experience I did. Abington Memorial Hospital is a great place to be, when you are in need of healthcare.

The nursing staff were wonderful to me. They made me feel comfortable, and were so friendly and helpful. As with any hospital stay after a major surgery, they need to come in every few hours to check on you, so the rest wasn't the greatest, but that is to be expected. They did it quietly, quickly, and really took care of me.

Wonderful friendly staff always willing to help and give info. Everyone on my floor had a private room very big, spacious and clean.
