Please beware if you are going too Good Sam's your family member's while waiting for you will be treated as if they don't exsist and if you ask how a family member is doing the volenteer at the desk will ignore you,and if you keep insisting she will more then likely call security on you! It took from 11:15 am til 9:00Pm to get a room. M y view of Good Sam's is not a positive one. I wish everyone else better luck!

I would like to thank the very kind staff at Good Sam. The Nurses were wonderful,the aides and techs cheerful and helpful,even the guy who brought in my clear liguid diet tray called me by name and asked how I was doing. I give Good Sam high marks in my book!

If I had to have surgery in Phoenix again, I wouldn't hesitate to have it at Good Sam's.
