Loved having my surgery here. From the moment I got there until the moment I was discharged and rolled out to my truck (even getting into my truck) the experience was great and comforting. I had all my questions answered and each staff member (because you do have shift changes) was amazing. Beside manner and humor was a plus. My room was clean, quiet and private. During my walks someone was always with me and encouraged me to not go too far, and noticed each wince and movement so that I didn't over do it. Each visitor was treated kindly and were shown to my room, not just told what room number I was in, and the nurses tried to check my vitals when I didn't have anyone in with me vs. interrupting my visits to do so. Honestly I do not like hospitals, and definitely do not care to be in there for long. However, my experience at Evergreen was actually very restful and pleasant.

Hospital was great! I was familiar with the procedures at Evergreen and how they deal with patients (and their families) and felt fortunate that my surgery was scheduled there.

Other then a grumpy nurse, it was honestly the best stay I've ever had in a hospital. I had a private room, pain pump, a recliner, and people who cared. During my surgery, they stayed in contact with my husband to let him know how and where I was. Though he would say the one downside to the hospital was the couch/bed which was horribly uncomfortable. All in all, it was a good experience.

A generally positive experience except for one shift of one nurse and one assistant who were very poor at their jobs and created problems for me instead of helping me. Also, the food they kept bringing me were things I could not eat because of my food sensitivities, but they kept bringing them to me.

The staff was great, I received excellent care. I had same day surgery, so it was a short experience.

The hospital and the staff were great, the only thing I can say neg is that if you have your surgery on a Friday be prepared that the pharmacy can take awhile to do what you need on the weekends. Such as switching my pain meds.

I just had my surgery done on Thurs, because of family situation I had to be dropped off and then family would pick me up and take care of me for recovery, what that did mean is that I was at the hospital alone.
What I can tell you is that I never felt alone, the staff there was amazing, i have an inner ear condition that can make me dizzy and the Anesthesiologist not only asked if i had any such condition but took extra precautions to make sure I never felt dizzy or sick and the minute i sorta felt sick I got medications to stop it. I cant Even begin to tell you what an amazing (well for having surgery) experience this was.

The staff spent a lot of time telling me what was going to happen and how it all worked. They were attentive and friendly. Other than that, I was only there for five hours, and a lot of that I was out. No other real opinions.

I hadn't had any experience with Evergeen, but have many friends who have delivered babies there. Many of them chose to drive to Evergreen's maternity ward because of their amazing reputation.
My BIGGEST shock was the support I felt in getting ready for WLS and the amount of laughing and joking I was able to do with a lot of the staff. I use sarcasm to deal with nerves and my pre-surgical/admitting team that I "visited" with was amazing and the experience was fun. Yes, fun. They were some of the nicest people I have ever met at a hospital and incredibly positive about the surgery and positive about my surgeon. What a calming experience and one that made going into surgery the following week much easier.
The actual surgical team, staff at the O.R. and recovery room was amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Was at Evergreen for my plastic surgery. Very noisy, nurse disregarding my doctors specific orders for pain medication which caused major issues on the day I was to be released. Parking is a total nightmare.
