I had a great stay. the nurses were great, very helpful and responsive. My. doc was great also and some one was always in to check on me.

I would never go back there personally. There were several great nurses but other than that it wasn't a good experience for me.

I stayed at Southview Hospital which is associated with Grandview. Southview is a small hospital, however, I had excellent care. I can't say enough about how nice the staff was to me and my family.

I was treated well, although it did seem a couple of the nurses had a bit of a 'tude. But all in all, not a bad experience.

I had alot of trouble with the (inflatable) bed they put me in, my pager and tv button didn't work half the time and I felt the staff was overworked with more "serious" patients. But I know they tried and were almost always very sweet, kind and trying.

I would chose this hospital agian, I am very happy knowing that I got the best care there then anywhere else. I am a firm believer in this thery: If I was to complain all the time and be rude then they would not want to come to my room and help me, so with my best smile, and sweetest voice they just liked to visit with me, and that was nice too. Sounds silly but it worked for me. I did'nt complain unless it was nessesary, then I did...lol.
