I had a very good/bad stay in the hospital...ICU where I was for 3 days was excellent...but when I got to med-surg it was terrible. They had too many patients for too few nurses, and trying to get anything from them, food, meds etc. was a nightmare.

Care in ICU was excellent, experience
on surgical ward was a nightmare,under-staffed overcrowded, power outages,non
functioning battery on pca pump. Unpro-fessional transport staff.
