At first this hospital does not give you a good impression because it's so small and because of it's location but they proved me wrong, I sooo under estimated this hospital, they are the best for this procedure.

This to me is a Ghetto Hospital! It is in a very bad part of Houston. The call buttons on the bed did not work, so you had to scream to get a nurse! The daytime nurses were good, but the night time staff was very inconsiderate. Then in the morning when the two shifts were changing over it was like Friday night fights at a sports bar! I did not like this hospital ... I would perfer not to go back!

I am very thankful to have been a patient at the hospital. I thank god for the employees that are there, for they had taken great care of me.

Everyone at the hospital was very responsive to my needs. All in all a great hospital for WLS.

Basically, the ICU was 5 nurses for 9 beds. It felt more like 5 nurses per patient. Anytime I needed anything at all, they were right there. AND they always had a smile on their faces. They were wonderful about taking care of my pain med needs, as well as my cleaning needs. They were also very getnle, which is a big thing for me. I loved the staff.

The hospital is old...but nice. The staff was wonderful and even made sure my husband got his own bed while he was staying with me.

The hospital staff was remarkable. I was given pain meds as needed, therefore I was never in any unusual discomfort.
