The hospital is very progressive, up to date. However, the nursing care was absolutely the worst I have ever experienced. Same old excuses, short handed, overloaded. Being a nurse myself I was appalled at the care I received. Had my husband not stayed with me day and night I would not have been cared for at all. Many of the nurses were actually rude to me. Of course, there were a few who were very nice. I would not want one of my family members to be a patient there and if they were, I would not leave their side.

My only complaint was the discharge proceedure. They seemed to drop the ball when it go to this. Told me to be ready to go at noon and it was almost 2:00 before they got it together.
