Id like to say thanks to the nurses that helped me in and out of my bed what ever hour of night it would have been Cindy , Fe .Sarla ,Katin, and Ricky , and friendly Shawn, all were just funny and terrific. sorry if i was a pest to them. buy all of you were nice.

The nurses were slow to ans call lights several time i walked to the nurses station to ask for pain meds

My main pet peeve, took 45 min+ each of the four times I rang my call light... the ramification of that was that they lost 2 IVs and I had to be repoked and repoked... and I HATE needles.

This hospital has a good reputation.

Service was great, staff was awesome and supportive. When up walking I always got an encouragement. There was one issue with my room, it was quickly resolved. the staff is awesome!

Hospital staff refused to even consider surgery on me, medicare would pay for hospital stay but I would have to come up with a mimimum of $12,000 for the doctors and other non hospital staff

You need to stay on top of your pain meds. It would take them up to an hour to get my meds which was unacceptable in my eyes. There were two good RN's that I did have. They answered my page within 15 mins. Sometimes my RN's were MIA. I was very displeased with their pain management. They need to work more deligently with this. It's probably the most important factor in post-op.

I would highly recommend this hospital to others. I am grateful that this was the chosen hospital for my surgical needs, and wouldn't want to go anywhere else if the need arose again!!
