I rated average for pain meds because the first RN & CNA failed to give me my pain medication. The doctor told them to hook me up to the pump at 10:00 and at 12:00 the new RN on duty had no idea that I still had no pain medications. From there it got better....The nurses after that were great

Hospital staff was responsive and nice. If I had a choice, I would use Sutter Roseville again.

Save yourself a ton of frustration and use the valet parking when you go to Sutter Roseville. Finding a spot by yourself is next to impossible.

I was very well cared for. The staff were wonderful and very responsive to my safety and needs. Each room is private. I would choose Sutter Roseville over any other hospital.

As a nurse for over 22 years, I feel that this hospital achieves the goals that most hospitals try to acheive. It was quiet, clean, with personal privacy and quick response to the call light. Since I live 3 hrs. away, I don't beleive that I got any preferential treatment as if I worked there. I was very pleased with both of my stays at this hospital.

Very disappointed in the after care and the knowledge of the staff in this procedure. I had to monitor and follow up with staff on requests made by my Dr. that they did not perform. I had to speak directly with my Dr. about routine care matters because staff did not know how to answer questions.

Staff were very nice. Of course they had some bad ones..but every hospital does. I was very impressed with my stay here overall.

From the facilities to the orderlies, this hospital went beyond any expectations. Every sigle staff member was caring and responsive. I felt like I was at a 5-star resort!
