This is a great source of protein and easy to make. You can stir this up with a spoon, although I prefer to whisk it and leave it to "de-froth" for a few minutes. This stuff tastes good and is filling without nasty after tastes. I would recommend this to anyone because it is easy to find, easy to make, is a good source of protein, etc...and doesn't taste like saw dust.

This is an execellent source of protein. I blend one scoop with 1 cup of skim milk, 5 ice cubes, a squeeze of nesquick (no sugar added), and bananas.

This by far has a better taste than any liquid vitamin I have taken. I can add this one to my juice without it affecting the taste of the juice.

these only need to be used about once a week, so the box of 30 will last a very long time. we are unable to absorb b12 taken in pill/capsule form (swallowed) so shots/spray/sublingual tablets are our only real choice. these taste great and have a huge amount of b12...dont worry...our body doesnt overdose on b vitamins. we just pee out the excess.

The taste isn't bad. The only problem is the dropper it comes with isn't marked. It is hard to tell how much you are taking without buying a new dropper.

I found the taste a bit strong. Also you should take half of one then a few hours later take another half in order to get the most out of it.

I like the chocolate best,I mix it with milk and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours then shake it up it gives it a kind of malty texture. This is the only protein powder I can get down.

I was getting way sick of Flintstones Complete (would gag them down) so when I was returning some Isopure Zero Carb Strawberries&Cream, I asked about multi-vitamins. The Mega Teen require 3 a day, but they're not as huge as a lot of vitamins. So I don't feel uncomfortable taking them. I'm going to work my way up to taking a one a day formula, but it'll be awhile before I get brave. Heh.

For some reason, my stomach always hurts after I take one...

This is an excellent source for post-ops to get their calcium citrate intake. The only problem is that these are horse pills! You would definitely need to cut them in order to swallow them without getting stuck!
