Get all my vitamins, calcium, iron in 12 easily digested capsules that come in a little plastic pouch. Easy to carry with you so that you don't forget to take. So important for us after WLS

They are convenient and fast absorbing. But they are big and you have to take alot of them. If you take less than the recommended dose, you might not get all of the nutrients you need.

I tried these to help increase my blood levels... you know the iron, etc.
I still have to have b12 shots, so I don't know how effective they really are... I don't take them everyday like I should, but I can say that my energy level has increased.

I love the convenience of the vitamins. I was afraid that they would be too large for me to be able to take, but I have no problems with them. I was taking multiple chewable vitamins everyday and that got old really fast! These have been much better!

Kind of pricey, but very easy to take.

I am a proximal RNY gastric bypass patient, so one can lasts me 3 months. My lab work results have come back with normal levels in everything. I don't have to buy additional calcium or iron products. The only additional supplement I take is sublingual vitamin B12 once a week.
