I had RNY surgery in 2007 and 3 more surgeries for complications in 2008. I still get diarrhea when I eat anything sweet. Almost immediately after eating it. I know I should not be eating it but it happens. With the diarrhea I get a noisey tummy, rolling and gurgling so loud others can hear it.
