HEY EVERYONE  THEY NOW HAVE OPENED A NEW LIFE WEIGHT LOSS CENTER UP IN HERRIN IL. WITH DR.ALEX ARGOTTE HE HAS A WONDERFULL PROGRAM .AND HE TAKES THE MEDICAID! THE HAVE INFORMATIONAL SESSIONS YOU CAN ATTEND AND SUPPORT GROUPS TO .THE ADDRESS IS 317 SOUTH 14TH STREET SUITE 1 HERRIN IL,62948 AND THERE PHONE NUMBER IS 1-618-988-6171 AND THEY DO IT AT HERRIN HOSPITAL. FOR ANY OTHER QUESTIONS I CAN GET INFO .HOPE THIS HELPS. I ATTENDED THIS INFO SESSION ANDIT WAS GREAT .NOW SINCE HE IS JUST GETTING THIS NEW CENTER OPEN HE DOES HAVE TO HAVE A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF SURGERYS DONE BEFOR MEDICAID WILL PAY IT BUT THEY TOLD ME THERE IS ABOUT A 6 MONTH WAIT. TILL HE GETS TO THE MARK.SO  BY THE TIME YOU GET DONE WITH DIETS AND PAPER WORK IT SHOULD BE TIME TO GET THINGS DONE.

Hello I'm from GA and have been trying to find a bariatric surgeon in my area that accepts Medicaid. If anyone can help me I would appreciate it greatly...

I'm currently living in Rockford, Il and i have medicaid.. i'm trying to call or contact all these locations and i keep getting voicemail box is full or feel like i'm getting the run around! URGH. is it just me, or because i have medicaid....

His office always answers the phone and yes, he accepts medicaid!

DOCTOR ALEXANDER NAGEL AND HE AND HIS STAFF ARE TOP NOTCH REAL FRIENDLY! AND THEY ACCEPT MEDICAID AND MEDICARE  PAYS FOR ALL BUT DIATITION AND PSYCOLOGIST.

I have Medicaid (All Kids) and scheduled for surgery Thursday at Carle Hospital in Urbana.  Dr. Oliphant does RNY and Lap Band and accepts IL Medicaid.

There is  a doc. in springifeld,IL... here name is Sajida Ahad,MD she takes both  here number is 217-545-5878..very nice

Hi, I'm a new member.  I have medicaid and my HMO is Family Health Network.  I know that alot of you say Medicaid will cover it, but do you have to have a certain HMO?  Someone said switch to Harmony, but I don't want to do it if I don't have to. 

Please let me know your thoughts.
