Amazed at the one year result!

I had my one year check up this week and was totally amazed at the before and after, which is posted in my albums if you want a peek.  The results are a 110 pound loss, a BMI of 23, and perfect blood work.

I couldn't have done it without the constant support of my husband and daughter; not to mention my special friends!  Thank you.

I am really looking forward to a wonderful - active - summer at the camper and cannot wait to see my camper friends.  Life is just so relaxing up there!
