Monday Morning Weigh-in: Superbowl edition

Well, I was a bit loose with my discipline last night.  I was not even able to count what I ate--I just munched!  I even made the sloppy joes for the protein entree and didn't have one, 'cause I ate so much junk.  Not a good plan, and it showed. 

I think I was giving myself permission, since I did so much exercise.  Counterproductive, I know.  but after coffee on Saturday morning I went for a 5 mile run, then yesterday I did a full 7 miles!  Wow!  I didn't know I had that in me--12 miles in one weekend. 

Starting weight: 298.4 lbs
Last week: 141.7 lbs
This week: 142.5
Gain of 0.7 lbs. 

Definitely the wrong direction to be headed.   Time to buckle down.  How did you all do?

I added one pound of salt and naughty-ness this week... back on track today.

I was so happy with the healthy Mediterranean Platter I made for the Super Bowl. It was lots of veggies, dips and fruit. Very tasty and guilt free!
