Don't get overwhelmed by the info. At first it was so much to take in, it seemed like you'd never be able to live normally. But it's just information overload, they have to cover all the bases.

I'm at the centre waiting for them to take my weight and height before the session.

I've done a lot of research, so I don't expect to be overwhelmed by the information. It is good to know that I will be able to confirm the info I already have.
