Hump Day!!  Almost there ladies, hang in there!  Was busier than I thought I was going to be yesterday, so that was good!  Unfortunately I think I got it all done, so there will be little for me to do today.

My girlfriend is moving back from BC, she starts a new job August 2nd.  She got home yesterday and we are meeting for lunch today, so I don't have that included in my plans.  Based on my totals so far it will be all protein!

B - skyr yogurt with 1/4 cup Vector granola

S - 2 slices deli turkey with 1 slice Monterey Jack cheese

L - ??

S - devilled eggs, cherries

D - shepperds pie

S - Protein Fudge Pop

Totals (so far) Cal - 659, Carbs 49, Protein 64

Over 100 lbs lost! and 13 lbs below goal weight!

Sounds like a great lunch. Boring day today and tonight. I will be walking my dog but probably just sit and read the rest of the evening. I may even go to bed early. I am so enjoying catching up on my sleep.

Funny thing this morning. I stepped on the scale and it said I was up 3 lbs. I freaked. Seems one of the tiles under the scale has started to lift a little. I moved the scale and I was back to normal. I am hoping to lose about 5 lbs before my holidays so seeing it up was a shock

b greek yogurt, blueberries

l chili, yogurt

s left over lunch chili

d salad with avacado, blue cheese, Italian sausage

s SF chocolate pudding

cal 1001, carb 79, prot 71

Morning Ginny, happy hump day indeed. Shouldn't it be a good thing that you won't be busy today? You get to fool around, lol. I woke up early today. Couldn't sleep, now i have a headache and i just took some tylenol. I think part of that headache is i haven't been eating enough. SO since i woke up early today, i will try to eat all scheduled meals because for the last week, i haven't been finishing any meal at all, so now i have a fridge full of tiny leftovers. Nothing much planned for today, just some paperwork and stuff.

2 1/2 yrs post op

B - Coffee 5%, 1 egg mixed with 2 tbsp cottage cheese and some feta, 1/8 cup blackberries

S - 2 tbsp tuna from yesterday, i pumpkin muffin

D - 2oz smoked pork chop, 1/4 cup broccoli, 1/4 cup sweet potato

S - tiger shrimp, cottage cheese cake

Love the Skyr yogurt.  It has such great numbers too.

Bought some but haven't tried it yet ... working my way through the Activia 0%.

Yogurt is a struggle for me ... I eat it because it is healthy, not because I really enjoy it.

The Skyr is a really thick yogurt (the thickest I have ever seen) and has the best protein numbers.  I can mix it with SF instant pudding mix to make a cheesecake like pudding.  Good for angry pouch days, or when you are feeling sick, or just when you are craving a dessert. For taste, I love Yoplait Source Greek yogurt in apple pie flavour (60 calories and 8g of protein)
