Like others, I get my calcium citrate from Costco as well. I also get my Vitamin D3 and B12 from there.
Check for FB groups in your area. Lots in my area.

I've had good luck buying and selling stuff on Facebook groups ... just search for plus size clothes in your area. If you are in Toronto, you can also try trading them on Bunz. I've had less success there but some. I buy the Bariatric Advantage calcium chews ... the Shoppers at TWH in Toronto has them (you have to ask for them, they keep them behind the pharmacy counter). They also carry the BA multivitamins in a few permutations.

Make sure yours is 100% citrate.
JAMP Makes a citrate that is orange glavoured and chewable. That's what many of us use. You can order it in to any drugstore.
