I'd LOVE to be in Florida, lol. 

Thanks for the suggestion; I took my "before" measurements the day before I went for my Pre-Op visit with the surgical team.  I'm going to take them again at the end of my Optifast, just before surgery. 

I tried to add a photo here but it won't let me.  I searched for "how to add photo" and it says to copy and paste, but I don't get the copy option when I right click :-(. 

 

 

I not good at adding photos here, but someone said use the little mountain icon above your reply box (2nd from the right)

Let's see if I can get this.  I clicked on photos first, then right clicked on the pic and it finally gave me the option to copy. I'll try to paste next.  The little photo icon above didn't work for me, it just gave me a blank box.  Hopefully this will work instead.

That's a lot of snow!!!  We have none. ( loving it)

I'm so jealous!  When I was in Toronto last week for my pre-op visit, there was no snow and we were able to go for walks outside.  It's too hard to walk here, lol. I don't want to fall on the ice and break something. So happy I have an exercise bike.
