Check in is 8 AM
Surgery is at 11 am
Hard to believe the wait it over....seems like a dream!

I see that you transferred hospitals. I need to do this as I am moving. Can you please let me know how you did this and if you had to start the process over. I have been through all the steps and am just waiting to be 6 months binge free to get a date. I was told if I transfer I have to start back at the beginning.
I only transferred briefly to Guelph for surgery but they transferred me back to TWH.
I think all you need to do is contact your centre. Not sure if you to start over or not b

Referral to Guelph Feb/13, Sleep study and all bloodwork and ultrasound May/13, orientation July/13. Nurse, NUT,SW Sept/13, 2nd NUT, nurse and SW, 3rd round and cleared for surgery Dec/13. Pre-op Apr 7/14, Surgeon May 2/14, Opti Jul 3/14, surgery Jul 17/14.
