Hello everyone

just a quick check in. I am en route to Vancouver from today until Tuesday. Purse is packed with protein bars, nuts and chicken jerky along with my water. Flying is so much easier 50 pounds down - I cannot imagine how much easier it will be in another 50.

I am spending the weekend with some girl friends and then am there for work on Monday with Tuesday being the fly home day. I am so thankful for this tool - before surgery I would eaten my way through the airport with all the fun junk they sell here ... I am much more peaceful not having to stuff my face .... have a great weekend everyone
