What percentages are you all using for the calorie breakdown for protein, fat and carbs?

I have mine set at 50% protein, 25% fat and 25% carbs. I'm pre-op, so that may make a difference.

You can play around with those percentages but it is an individual thing based on your height, exercise level, and weight goals.

I get my figures from a site used by bodybuilders.  If It Fits Your Macros has calculators that will give you all the information you need about how you burn calories, what percentages of fat, fiber, carbs, and protein you need to meet your goals and keep as healthy and strong as possible.
