Happy Thursday! I cannot wait for the long weekend. It's taking all my energy and focus to slog through the remainder of the week. Come on Friday! I have tendinitis in my elbow and had a cortisone shot yesterday. It's amazing how much I hate being sidelined now. My trainer wouldn't let me in the gym yesterday . . . so I took spin instead. Cause spin is different than HIIT class and doesn't put any pressure on the arms . . . I'm an idiot.

DQOTD: I have a few pair of sunglasses (Please note the sarcasm attached to the word few). I have 2 pair of Ray Ban aviators (one in silver and one in gold since we must coordinate), 2 pair of coach, a pair of AQS, a pair of Toms, and a pair of gucci. I have oakleys for when I run. Being from So Cal I wear my sunglasses year round and I like variety.

My plan:

B: 2 oz ham, 1 cheese stick and a tbs of hummus

L: 3.2 oz chicken breast, 6 pea pods and 1 oz cheddar

D: Shrimp on homemade ceasar salad

S: Skinny latte, Light and fit before gym, almonds after gym

Totals: Cal: 1001; Protein: 97g; Fat: 49g; Carbs: 47g

Hello menu friends-

Looks like it should be a pretty nice day today except for the wind, but then it is usually windy here most of the time anyway. As long as the sun is out and its not raining I am happy.

QOTD: I need to get some prescription sunglasses, I can not see with out my glasses and my clip on sunglasses that came with my prescription glasses do not stay clipped on very well so I never where them....I just squint all the time and I hate it.

Menu:

B - Green chili cheese puff

L - small salad, tuna pouch

D- Salmon burger

S- Greek Yogurt, Protein Water

Calories - 676, Protein - 90, Carbs 27

Scale moved down for me again this morning. I have officially lost 122.4 pounds this morning. That is the total of my two nieces. 10 year old = 85 pounds, 2 year old niece = 37.4 pounds. Picture was taken last weekend, I have been waiting all week to reach it.

Congratulations on your milestone!

Cute picture, and a great way to represent just how much you've already lost! Isn't it amazing how heavy they feel? I did this with my daughter when I hit 112 lbs... I couldn't carry her around for very long, and I was amazed that I carried it around on ME for far too long!

Hello everyone,

It's rainy and miserable in CT.

QOTD: I wear Ray Ban sunglasses. I've been wearing them for about 25 years now and I'm only on my second pair. My first pair got stolen by co-worker 22 years ago. I take really good care of them. I have very sensitive eyes from working in a dark room many years ago. I have been thinking about buying a new pair but can't decide if I want to try a different brand.

I have the same menu as yesterday,

B: 2eggs, turkey breakfast sausage, 1/2 slice of cheese

L: 3oz turkey sausage

S: 1 1/2 oz turkey breast, 1/2 prosciutto

D: 1/4 serving ricotta bake, 3oz pork tenderloin, 2 forkfuls of broccoli rabe

S: plain chobani yogurt

Calories:642, Carbs:10, Protein:98

Good Morning Everyone,

Today is nice & cool so as a Cali chick I wore my over the knee boots in blue suede!

QOTD: I usually own 1 pair sunglasses. I wore my Oakleys until they broke so I purchased Raybans last summer. Here's my Mom & me in our sunglasses.

M1: Lots of chai with vanilla protein shake

M2: Turkey sausage patties with strawberry greek yogurt

M4: 3 Meatballs
