Howdy,

Changing out some things in my diet. Ordered Unjury Opurity vitamins to replace the chewables that have sugar alcohol. The Unjury chewables for both iron and multi only need to be taken once a day and have Sucralose which I can tolerate. My labs came back pretty good considering. My D is low and my iron is hemoglobin is just below norm so I have to go back in a month to get more labs from my PCP.

Contacted my surgeon about my stomach woes and she tells me I need more protein than 80-100 grams a day and that I should be supplementing with three shakes on top of my normal food. Really? I don't know anyone on this site getting 140-160 grams of protein a day. Not getting her at all.

Protein shake with almond milk and decaf coffee with farilife 25 grams protein 150 calories

Lunch : 2 97% percent fat free kosher hot dogs 1 slice lf cheese and bbq sauce sf mustard

½ piece of protein bread 23 grams protein and 190 calories

Ostrim jerky 10 grams protein and 60 calories

5 Seafood blend with tomato sauce and green beans high protein pasta

3 tablespoons 20 grams protein 200 calories

Total: 88 grams protein 64 ounces liquids 600 calories
