Oh man, when I worked at coldstone creamery I got blisters on my hands too. My forearms became strong as steel though! Haha.

I love sea bass! We don't eat enough fish around my house... I need to rectify that. I just don't feel as confident cooking it as I do other things.

37 days!!! Exciting!

DS (chef) had me marinate it in asada sauce (he makes and freezes it), but I think any good fish marinade would be fine. I put my grill on until fully heated and just grilled it until white all the way through (maybe 7-8 minutes a side, as the fillet was a bit over an inch thick).

Good morning. Thanks for the kind words about my dad. He is contuing to do well.

I'm feeling a little sick and blah myself today though, and no appetite at all. I decided to go with it and stick to liquids today. Dinner TBD.

QOTD: My very first job was at a hotdog drive through called Coney Express. I had an awful abusive boss. I think I was fired after 6 months or so, and then started at McDonalds when I was 16. That was hard work but I liked working there.

Good to hear about your Dad.

Are you mixing your mint cookie protein blend into your vanilla yogurt? Inquiring minds want to know!

Yes! I mix the Syntrax Mint cookie in with the vanilla and it's just like mint chocolate chip ice cream, only room temp. It's also delicious with the Syntrax Peanut Butter Cookie.
