Yes, it went very well! Amazingly, Chiquita has gained 2 pounds in the last 6 months so her weight is normal again (she was underweight over the last year early or so).

Good luck at the vet with Chiquita! Wow, almost 17! I sure hope my Tippy lives that long! I'm glad Chiquita and Justice seem to get along well.

Glad to hear that things are going well for Chiquita. Sometimes a new family member is hard on the elderly but Justice seems like a good fit!

Hi all

Glad you are ok Daisy! People are so scary. Latest on our news, a naked man walked into a place and shot it up- no record on the guy.

yesterday i worked and went to gym then came home and made dinner. I had roasted chicken, shiritaki noodles, spinach and some roasted chicken/bone broth gravy? Hard to describe but made a sauce of the bone broth. Did a 20 min HIIT bike class then upper body work.

QOTD: I do from time to time wear a watch. I like it and wear on my left hand since I am a leftie.

Food for yesterday- pretty well.

bought a new fangled ice tea machine for DH so he can more easily make his tea at home instead of paying $5 a pop.

Food for today:

water

coffee

protein pancakes

leftover chicken

tonight we are supposed to go to bingo at a local restaurant but instead might cook here. if we go out i will have boneless roasted wings and veg

we will see

Good morning menu friends. The news is so depressing anymore I hate to even watch it. Our world is such a lost mess. Accountability was spot on. Lily and I have our 4 miles done and weight is at 118 even today. Post op 5 years 8 months. QOTD I've not worn a watch since I quit working but recently bought a fitbit knockoff trying to decide if I want to spend the money on one or not. Which is your favorite and why? Heres the food plan for today B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 4 oz deli turkey cheese rollups 3 baby carrots .D 1 c ham and beans S L&F yogurt. Have a great day full of amazing choices! Off to find coffee and do some laundry.

I bought a Fitbit, wore it for less than a year and it has been in my drawer since then.... I'm so lazy that having to take it off and charge it every couple of days was enough to make me get lax about wearing it and then stop. I feel that I walk enough between my walking group in Florida (need one here) and walking the dog.

Nope...not a lost mess as long as we have people like you...volunteering to make life easier for others like you do...
