What a difference a year makes...

May 28, 2010, was my first visit with the Nut. for my 6 month medically supervised weight loss, mandated by my insurance before I could submit my request for the sleeve. At that visit the Nut. wanted me to walk 10 min a day. Most of the time I did not even make the 10 min goal. Fast forward to May 30, 2011 and I walked a 5K this morn. And guess what, I loved it! It's alot easier to move with 130lbs less to haul around. I love my sleeve!

Great job! I watched my husband run a 5k this morning, hopefully I'll be joining him in the future as my weight loss progresses!
