I can go to full liquids at 7-13 days out and I'm pretty sure V8 is on my list of approved foods.  If it isn't 7-13, then it is definitely 14-20.

It doesn't sound appealing to me, so I've not had it.  How many carbs and how much sodium is in it?

70 cals
15 carbs
4 protein

for the whole can.

It's the low sodium version :)

There is no way I can drink all of that, I've had about half and it's pretty filling.

I don't have to worry (per my doc) about carbs right now since I'm on the 'slow track' so that is good.

I just feel like I need some nutrition that I'm not getting from the high protein mushies, you know?

I hear ya... I'm at 374 calories today.  Still feel full from dinner.  Probably should have a shake or something, but not sure it will fit.

I thank God for this awesome restriction but it sure is hard some days.

I drink it because it has LOADS of potassium and I was having foot cramps at night.  A can every day or two and the cramps went away.  I like how it tastes, too.  It was a thick liquid for me after surgery.

CoQ10 is GREAT for foot and leg cramps. Just a little info in case you made need it some time.
