Hello!!!!! First post after lurking for years!!!!

Hello. This is my first post after years of lurking and trying to figure out if weight loss surgery was the route I wanted to go. Well after my insurance company at my job finally decided to cover bariatric surgery, my journey officially begins!!!!!!!!! My surgery is scheduled for March 21st. I am excited, nervous and all of the above!!!!!!!!!!! I just had my PSYCH visit yesterday and I guess my surgeon's office is waiting for the psych outcome before they submit to BCBS healthkeepers for approval. After that, I have to get IVC filter placed then pre-op diet and tests...................... I am happy to be here!
