You have to post them to your profile first. And then, open two windows. One should be your profile pics and the other should be a new post. Copy them from your profile to the open post. Then submit.

I have been able to highlight my pic on my facebook and simply drag it here.
Edited to add: But of course it didn't work that time lol. There is a tutorial at the bottom of the post box that says you can drag and drop them from the internet but not ffrom your computer directly. Might try something like Photobucket or Flikr.
